То, что усыновленные в России дети регулярно гибнут в США - не повод для обобщений и уж тем более не повод пересматривать сложившуюся в России практику усыновления детей иностранцами. Очень удобно, конечно, сравнить общую смертность в России со смертностью в США и сказать, что повода для возмущения нет никакого. Как кто-то заметил "лучше быть собачкой в америке..."
