Well, the Effigy corset is drafted up, using the pattern generator I mentioned in my last post about it. I've cut it out and started work. This one is going to be front-lacing and reversible: white striped linen, muslin interfacing, and gold brocade. Not sure about the edge binding yet though. I also used some advice I found on Mode Historique and tried the heavy duty cable ties. They are amazing! Enough said. I've been converted to their gloriousness instantly.
