Last weekend's Spring Festival at Fort Worth's Japanese Garden was as wonderful as always: between watching a gigantic red-eared slider digging a nest on one of the islands and the Czarina getting an anole jump out of a tree and go plop in front of her (don't worry: neither lizard nor Czarina were hurt, but both were pretty surprised), telling everyone about running into kyryn or bringing up the beautiful raku pot the Czarina picked up just added to the fun.
