Public schools are an important asset to any city. By maintaining a good public school system, you draw residents to an area, and that is key to a successful city. I would like to bring up the educational topic of "No Student Left Behind". To simplify, "No Student Left Behind" takes money away from schools that don't perform well on standardized tests, and continues to fund the schools that do perform well.
