Introducing the New Explore Area

Introducing the New Explore Area When we first outlined the 100 Day Plan in early December, we told you of our intent to improve content discovery. As you'll see when you try it out, the new Explore LJ is designed specifically to help you find the things on LiveJournal that interest you. Let's be honest: There are times when you've updated your own journal, read all of your friends' posts, visited... read more

Drink Water!

My new years resolution is still going abysmally. No new job in sight, I either become too chicken shit to pick up a phone and actually call up a stranger to beg for employment, I do it too late, I am flat out REJECTED, or the job I apply for turns out to be For The Devil, Wherein You Sell Products Door To Door Like A Gigantic Smiling Douchebag. Such to say I am still stuck in supermarket hell. On top of that, I hate my immune system because frankly, if I am going to get conjunctivitis-like symptoms...

Oh dear... has my lapsed attention to my friends list caused me to miss a news post? Oh dear oh dear, has LJ inflicted another massive screw up on us...

Sam's Three Things About The Internet. 1. Useless LJ toys to opt out of, part 399. Oh! Also! Meet spokeo . Highly creepy stalkertools. Fortunately your flist is nigh-on likely full of ways to subvert The Man. Or mine is, anyway. 2. Could this be any cooler hotter? 3. Purely nostalgia, but I'm intrigued; stand up (carefully) if you remember when 1mb of hard drive space was a big deal and you kept songs as wav files because even if you had the processing power to play an mp3, your sound...
