It was gorgeous and sunny today, so took a walk to Chatswood . I'm really proud of the new healthy me.. OK, granted, I'm still not eating super-healthy; but I'm a LOT more active now so I figured that has to account for something . Seriously, I'm about 5x more active than I used to be.. and now that I'm pretty used to it, it's actually quite fun.
